i am not the seller but i bought from them. you put that gel in a tooth tray (they sell those too if you dont have one) and hold it for 5 minutes. your teeth will feel instantly better.it tastes good too (minty) i wouldnt do it on the cleanse because i dont know how your body would react.
brush your teeth with hot water after each lemonade. straw or not.
if i dont do this i get tounge ulcers and my teeth feel tickley.
I had the exact same problem during and after my first cleanse.
On my next cleanse I kept a jug of water next to my jug of lemonaide.
If I took a swig of lemonaide I followed it with a swig of water and swished it around in my mouth to rinse the lemonaide off the teeth.
It worked perfect.
I had no teeth sensations during or after the cleanse.
My teeth got really sensitive on my 24 day Master-Cleanse I ended 10 days ago. I went to the dentist and he told me it was good to rinse the mouth with water after you drink the lemonade every time. Also, he told me NOT to brush my teeth for a while after drinking the juice since the enamel is week then.
Try to drink the lemonade as few times as possible throughout the day or you'll constantly be supplying fresh Sugar for the bacteria in the mouth to feed on.
it fills the pores in thin enamel that causes the sensitivity. i tried it. it really does make a difference. i dont use it as much as thier site suggests. one treatment and its been 8 months and my teeth still feel better.
I always brush with baking soda (sometimes natural/flavored toothpaste if I had to go somewhere where I wouldn't want my breath to smell) and even floss my teeth while fasting. It seems to keep them strenghtened. Even if there's nothing actually stuck in between your teeth, flossing is still good for your gums.
