So after my last post I took some magnesium citrate in oral form just like another user suggested. I have been having some problems with having bowel movements regularly. After taking the magnesium citrate I had nothing but loud stomach gurgling and then straight water diarrhea. Which I am assuming was the magnesium citrate going through me.
But heres the thing that gets me. Nothing solid?!?! I have been eating like a mad man with uncontrollable hunger, all these calories, yet nothing solid comes out?! I am kind of worried something is wrong with me. Maybe cancer? And what was with all the stomch gurgling?
Same thing happened to me, I had not had stool in weeks, and when that stuff didn't work, I just pictured everything building up and backup up in my small intestines. I kept eating also, thinking I had to keep things moving.
For me, after two weeks, I tried 2 bottles of magnesium citrate, several different types of OTC laxatives, many colonics and enemas, and still nothing. The enema and colonic water even ran out pretty clear. It was raw garlic and onion several times a day with little else, for several days in a row that produced the parasites, after that it took a while for things to flow again.
Everyone is different, my experience was that I had to be consistent, and it took several days keeping a steady stream of it filtering through my intestines and colon for it to work. Have you tried a little bit of psyllium fiber. Not much, you don't want to cause more issues, and drink lots of water of course.
My advice may or may not help you, but it also would be contingent upon you having worms blocking your intestines like I did.
I still have an almost full bottle of magnesium citrate because when i tried it last year I got those weird digestive issues too. I was thining about trying again with a lower dose, but haven't found the need for it so I'm holding off.
