Me too. What I did do is add a small turnip, I had in the frig and 1 stalk, minus the flowers buds of broccoli. The drink was very good. I rather enjoyed it. He does not give measurements so I made enough for just one and it was perfect.
1/2 bunch of coriander, parsley, arugula
2 inches of ginger
1/2 large lemon
2 large cucumbers
1 tiny turnip
1 stalk of broccoli
wow that is powerful and huge. Never thought of carrots but could add a few for more liquid. I don't have a problem with peppers as I take cayenne daily. Thanks for the input. I just love this drink really. I could feel an immediate gazoom!
