Send Dr. Sutherland an email and ask him to send you info about this procedure. He'll provide you with his intro letter and that'll cost you nothing. You may have to buy Transfer Factor but that's not so bad. I wouldn't get into his other gadgets that he's pushing.
I find it difficult to find an experienced epfx practitioner, that's why i thought i'd check out Jeff Sutherland.
You can also talk to Dale because he sells the equipment and knows how Sutherland uses it. He may also know practitioners in your area.
