Hi everyone. I just wanted to share a few links from my blog that I posted last week. I spent a lot of time explaining what has worked and what hasn't worked for me in recovery from adrenal burnout over the course of 5 years. My situation was extreme and I tried many different treatments. I would like to share this info in the hopes of helping anyone else who is looking for answers or simply as encouragement.
Here's the links to my health posts if anyone is interested.
Thank you so much for posting! I was just having a breakthrough of sorts when I realized that I am grossly undernourished, and all this started back two years ago when I crash dieted and have since been "trying to be healthy" with juicing and avioiding everything.
Sice my collagen is getting alarmingly worse I am more desperate to find answers and am getting rather sick of this taking over my life. I feel like I am wasting what is left of my youth trying to find them. Well i woke up and ate breakfast which I rarely do, which was ground turkey and rice, and had a swig of hemp oil with all my vitamins, hcl and enzymes. And even after sleeping like crap again, I didnt feel quite as zombie-like and when I went to the bathroom, my bm floated for the first time in forever. This mad me realize that I had not been assimilating enough fats in my diet for YEARS! Why do fat people have such great skin? And fats are essential for hormone production and stabilization..I also realize that the hypoglycemia at night raises cortisol so I absolutely must eat before bed. Perhaps all this time I was just starving myself.
So when you posted was such a joy to see that even though there are definite underlying reasons, the symptoms can perhaps be somewhat alleviated just by eating more, and definitley more fat! I look forward to going through the whole website, thanks again for sharing!
yes, fat is really, really important. I was lowfat for years, that deff contributed to my problems. Of course it's important to avoid trans fats and in my opinion go for grass fed butter, coconut oil and grass fed animal fats! Fat doesn't make us fat- Sugar does.
Thanks so much for sharing all that! I am about a week into my nutritional balancing protocol and feeling very hopeful. The answers I got from my htma were so comprehensive and clear, providing better guidance than anything else I've tried. I also did RBTI for 5 months before this with great results, so I am convinced of the power of remineralizing. can't wait to see what the next few months have in store!
