I just purchased a SOTA Bio Tuner BT7. And this is my first use. I was very skeptical about buying it. And tried desperately to find negative feedback on the net. The majority of feedback I found was positive, yet I was still a skeptic.
The only way I can describe it is like someone threw a glass of ice cold water onto my brain. It woke me up from a brain-fog instantly. As soon as the 20 minute timer turned it off I immediately switched it back on.
After two sessions (40 minutes) on setting 3 (7.83 hz) I was left feeling very relaxed, yet thinking clearly.
I remember there is an exercise to test which side of the brain is being used by seeing which nostril is constricted. Normally my right nostril is always constricted, meaning I use my left brain. After using the BT7 I noticed both nostrils were free, meaning both sides of the brain were being used.
From a former skeptic I'm now happy I've got this device. And can't wait to see the results after a few weeks.
I had quite a few sessions last night. Went to sleep as normal. Had a weird dream, and woke up sleep-walking in the kitchen at 3am! At the time the dream was quite clear, but I can't remember it now. I used to sleep walk when I was young, but never past the age of 12.
I woke up about the same as normal. Normal for me is a bit lethargic and some stiffness in my back.
Normally I hate going outside unless there is a reason, but this morning I had breakfast outside.
Had one more session before work, didn't feel quite the same as the first time. Today at work I feel very spacey, in a relaxed kind of way. It almost feels like I've still got the Bio Tuner on.
I've been using setting 3 during every session.
I'll keep posting my Bio-Tuner results here for the next three weeks.
I've also just started the bio tuner about four days ago. I bought it to help me relax after a hard day at work. So far it has help melt the tension at the end of the day. I've also got that same relaxed spacey feeling at work the next day. I think that I should limit my sessions to once or twice a day. I like you felt so good that I was doing about four sessions a day. May be to much.
Second day. Last night had a really vivid dream which I still remember today. Normally I forget dreams after waking. I did wake up feeling like a had a great sleep. Despite getting up at 3am to use the toilet.
Today I felt more positive than I have in a long while. Not sure if this is the bio tuner or some other factor (e.g. food, sleep, weather)? I was able to do more around the house, don't feel the need to over-indulge in food, and haven't felt like drinking alcohol at all.
This is all you need and as BECK says, anything over 40 min's would undo the beneficial effect. So twice a day at 40 is perfect. Also Bob Becks favorite setting was setting (3) as you guys say. I also have a Bio-Tuner and it motivates me like nothing else.
I was just about to write a post stating that I've had to get up every night to urinate. I never normally do this.
My dreams are becoming much more vivid and memorable. The dream last night wasn't pleasant, but it reflects past experiences in my life.
On Saturday night I was dreaming about tools. The next day I was mowing the lawn and the lawn mower broke down. The strange part is I was using the exact same tools from my dream to fix the lawnmower. It was almost like deja vu. Very strange.
You're right. I cut the sessions to two per day. One 20 minute session in the morning on setting 1, and one just before bed using setting 3.
The first few days I was on it too much. It was starting to give me headaches, excessive feelings of euphoria, and even vertigo.
Since cutting back I'm still noticing positive effects, including a calm but focused mental attitude. I also continue to have vivid dreams every night, which I'm now getting used to. It's strange because I now know I'm dreaming during the dreams.
Been on it about two weeks. I use it in the morning and before going to bed. I'm a lot more relaxed and my thoughts are more clear and focused. Fall asleep a lot faster now and sleep very deep. So far I'm very pleased with it.
