A little over a year ago, I remember that some nights I would not be able to sleep well because i would develop itches all over my body and gas when i tried to go to sleep. It was a type of itch were it was instantly satiated by scratching it, but a new one would pop up in a different area shortly after. It would not happen every night however. Later, I went through an extremely stress-full period of time, which wore me down into a very severe depression/anxiety. This is the time I first remember another symptom, a heavy heart beat, especially after eating, and when trying to go to sleep. The itchy sensations became present during the day, not just the night. I became frequently almost completely incapacitated by the sickness. When the itching was bad, some of the itches would escalate to "pangs" that felt like something biting me under my skin, these could make me jump, want to yell, and rush to itch the area, which would instantly make them subside. There is also a third feeling, something like a general burn/tingle or feeling of inflammation under the skin, and a 4th feeling, that is a crawling sensation, similar to what you feel when a very small insect is on you. I noticed that fatigue, depression, and anxiety were correlated to whatever the sickness was, as well as digestive troubles. I would get an intense pain after eating in my stomach area very often, along with the itchyness and fatigue.
After countless hours researching, I am still at a loss for what is wrong with me. Things I come across most include:
-food allergy: almost surely not the case. I have gone on elimination diets as far as nothing but steak. although i have always had very bad allergies my whole life.
-candida/leaky gut: I know this is greatly over self diagnosed. I noticed the itchiness and insomnia seemed to improve a lot on a very low carb diet. I've tried many of the anti yeast remedies, however have never taken a drug for it. When I mention this to doctors, they laugh.
-parasites: I purchased albendazole (de-wormer) and have been taking that since yesterday. There hasn't been a noticeable positive effect. Also I took a stool test and although it was for a crappy regular doctor and i think only tested for 3 strains of parasites, it passed (they did find salmonella, however, which explained why I'd been so sick a week or so before). parasites seems to be the closest matching to what I feel, but I have never seen any in my stool that I could recognize. Itching and crawling feeling can be very bad on my anus, in my nose, and on my scalp and sometimes in my ear
-some type of strange bacterial infection? should I try anti-biotics?
-mold? there was black mold growing in my bathroom when i was developing these symptoms.
-auto immune disease of some kind?
-hypothroidism - I have read that a large reason for why our body temperatures is 98.6 is because it is just high enough to make us less susseptible to parasites/infections. my body temperature is almost always at least a degree colder, and sometimes has been all the way down in the 96's.
I am a 19 year old Male. I would greatly appreciate advice of any kind!
doesn't scabies produce skin sores and rashes? my skin looks completely normal. Also i have started taking albendazole, after reading the ICU protocol, a couple days ago, but have not so far noticed any improvement.
I had this intense skin itching and stinging deep down to my nerve, this occurred 10 months after we moved a brand new house. The first symptoms were that my skin and eyes began to itch. The completely negligent contractors did not put the pipes together right...so it took a couple years for the mold to be discovered it was hidden behind the sheetrock but one day it cracked and water was leaking out and we discovered dreaded deadly black mold .
I apparently had mycotoxin poisoning which my doctor says it can be fatal! I was like, black mold can kill you ? He goes "yes." Black mold can cause so many symptoms heart attack, coma, seizures, psychiatric problems that look like schizophrenia / biopolar can you imagine losing everything in your life because most of black mold. Think the medical doctors can help? WRONG.... MD are not educated in black mold testing or know almost nothing about detoxification process or make the connection between black mold mycotoxins and symptoms.
Black mold may cause so multiple symptoms besides losing your mind Black mold can cause seizures, itching , stinging biting skin burning sensation that is just the beginning, you may have weight loss, nausea, dry heaves wheezing, dry red eyes, blurred vision, noise and light sensitivity, interstitial cystitis , shortness of breath, heart palpitations it interferes with your digestion, your heart, your brain, your lungs. I could hardly walk or talk because I could not breath. You are literally being poisoned by mycotoxins
BLACK MOLD may effect every of your body and 25 % of the population is allergic mold that is a lot of people .
In the bible if a house had black mold they burned the house down. Which is exactly right because mold is killed at 500 degrees, Why would anyone want to buy a foreclosed mold house it is so dangerous you could die, the only way to be able live in a mold house is if plan on starting over or just take the entire house to the dump site. My doctor said even after burning it down you then take so many feet of the contaminated dirt I think three feet and dump it at the contamination dump site. DO YOU HERE THAT?
Two more ideas, one is consider the elimination diet, the one that is well researched.
I've listed here. The elimination diet with just
Steak is not good it create high uric acid which is not the elimination diet that is condusive to finding out the cause of allergies,
A well researched elimation diet my ND gave me is pretty simple rice, chicken turkey lamb, onions, any vegetable, except nightshade vegetable, you can have blueberries , pears, water, olive oil, black beans Do this for two weeks
NO Gluten for months to find out if your allergic to this stuff is pretty reactionary substance.
If you had mold exposure you must get your Doctor right away to prescribe Choleystramin that get the mycotoxins out of your body. You will need to go on the anti mold diet
Also the way to stop the itching is high doses of Vitamin C
and take put a Sea Salt in warm cup of water, and after a shower while still in the shower take the cup of Sea Salt water and pour it on the rash it will dry out the rash. I also would take baking soda and Sea Salt in warm water and pour it over the rash,
The other things that stopped the itching in it's track was Aquaphor this stuff saved me but of course that is just a short terms solution you cannot have this stuff one your body forever it is NOT healthy but it buys you time to figure out cause .
Some cases I have read where people were itching like crazy they had candida
Well, the 'scabies' attack I had 'started out' 'itchy' but no 'blotches' at first. Then after a week or so it began getting 'red' in areas but never any 'open sore' issues. My 'fingers' in between was really red (they LOVE warm areas!)and I NEVER 'felt' any 'crawling' just a overwhelming need to scratch! I tried homeopathic (worked some relief), then Permethrin (worked some relief), finally got the Doctor (they are stubborn, they want you to use the Permethrin first!)to give me Ivermectrin and yahoo, after 2 doses, 7 days apart, of 4 (3mg)tablets, gone, gone, gone! (I weigh 108)they gave it to me according to my weight.
I also used (a Nurse at a well known store gave me this advice)the 'lice' spray for ALL my furniture, my beddings (ALL of them), my floor, my carpets AFTER mopping with 1 part vinegar to 1 part water and then 3 capfuls of bleach to 1 gallon of water on ALL my floors. AND, to 'top it off' for 3 full months (yep, I did NOT stop! maybe a lil' 'PTSD'?)CHANGED THE BEDDING EVERY DAY AND ANYTHING I WORE WASHED IT EVERY DAY FOR 3 MONTHS WITHOUT FAIL!
Now, I have 'on hand' 20 Ivermectin and my homeopathic (that worked well in conjunction with everything else I really believe that!)lotion/shampoo/soap AND (thank God it's just my husband who lives with me)had him do everything with me EXCEPT the Ivermectin (he did not get it!awesome!)and have a 'residual' (this is normal and is NOT 'active scabies', you will KNOW the difference, believe me!)occasional itching that is less and less.
However, because I am very 'guarded' about this, tomorrow, 4/22/2014 I will take first thing in the morning, one, '4' pill dosage of Ivermectin before eating and wait at least one hour before eating (just like before)(3mg)because we will be going on a trip and that stuff is so great that should any 'scabies' try to 'take a ride' on me, IT WILL DIE!
I had this deep down to the nerves type of itching and burning, stinging like bugs were biting and crawling all over me it was insane. Almost a tingling sensation
Did the medical mouse maze a few times, they seemed clueless. Used there expensive cream, lotions, ointment nothing worked,
Went to the store the clerk told me to try AQUAPHOR this worked amazing. It worked so fast to stop the stinging, burning crawly bugs biting feeling disappeared . But as soon I would stop using it, the problem would be back. There was NO way I was go have this stuff on your skin all the time it is not good the chemicals on your skin they are are going into your body, effecting your organs and so this is not a solution it was just buying time to figure out a healthy solution.
Here is what worked for me this is a simple fast natural cure to stop itching ,stinging, crawling million bugs biting your feeling!
Take HIGH doses of Vitamin C the best kind of vitamin C is Lypospheric C it is in own league it is equivalent to vitamin C IV's.
We had Ester C which is cheaper and works well I would just put like 9 or 10 tablets in half cup of water and put it in the blender and just drink it down fast doesn't taste so great not a big deal. I did this three or four times a day High doses Vitamin C
STOPPED THE CRAZY STINGING, BURNING ITCHING MILLION BUGS BITING ME FEELING, Vitamin C FAST, NATURALLY AND CHEAPLY. Time to gather my sanity to figure out cause .
Okay this is what I know, for what it is worth
Run and hire a ND that get tested mycoplamsa and Fungus/candida overgrowth , Get parasites check as well
Fungus can cause crazy itching and may eat all the iron in your body so if you have low ferritin iron that can be a key. Check to see if you have mites, all your organ functioning properly liver, kidneys, bladder, gallbladder and colon
Take Lugols 2-4 drops a day . Look up Dr Truss reseach
Here are some ideas:
If you have rash get it biospsied by the dermatologist have it sent straight to the lab.
Could it be liver toxicity? Hormones? Low thyroid which you mentioned? Could it be mites ?. Could it be heavy metal toxicity? . Heavy metal testing go an ND or a real specialist, not a general MD they give you the wrong type of test. I'm no expert here just research, and talking to doctors
For hypothyroidism to raise body temperature get a near infra-red light and lay underneath it for like 15 or 20 minutes of course the brain likes it cool so avoid shining it on your head
Consider changing shampoos and soaps, detergent lotions buy all natural products with just a few ingredients, Check out the fibers your wearing and sleeping in I think organic cotton sheets, and wearing organic cotton clothes is safe . Also where are you living? Is there, mold, paint chemical etc..
Did you live in lead painted house or did they have lead pipes? Look at the plants, in or around your home? I'm allergic to my pet cat, her dander makes my eyes itch, so we shampoo her with a natural cat shampoo. Where did you grow up and what did you live around?
Do you drink alcohol? what out for sulfites or yeast !
High acid diet can cause it alkalizing helps.
FINE Mediterranean Sea Salt
Sea Salt bath seemed to really help add couple drops of eucaplyptus oil and lavender oil put a a few drops into a bath to take the edge off of itching
There is a book about food allergies the names escapes me , stop all MSG. gluten, soy sugar, wheat, dairy so many foods have dyes, preservatives I would just read labels, Eventually my ND talked me into the elimination diet wow that helped a lot. I started it with just clear water and herbal tea, and coconut oil every two hours for three days to clean our your system this might clear out the biofilms then consider elimination diet
Rub yourself down with Noxzema and see what comes out. If you get white and black larvae coming out of your skin, you may have cutaneous strongyloides. I had the terrible itching too, and the Noxzema, coconut oil and Bentonite clay packs finally brought it under control.
Noxzema lotion? I'll give it a try, but I have a feeling my problem might be microscopic. I have never seen any visual signs. I do use coconut oil on my skin pretty frequently, and eat it sometimes. eating i think 3 tablespoons has made me very sick and vomit before. i might be a little allergic. When I put it on my sick, it could be placebo, but i think i notice an increase in itchiness.
