I just added NAC to my routine today and I've noticed some dizziness -- do you think they're related? I took 1000mg to kick things of, as it were, with plans to take 500mg twice a day the rest of the week, but if it's actually slowing down my progress, I may have to rethink this.
I wanted to add it to increase my glutathione for getting rid of mercury and also to help me fight candida. I'm doing IV chelation every other week, just to give you an idea of what else is going on with my chelation program.
I took NAC , 600mg a day, and got really tired and drowsy from it. Also my heart beat would raise for hours after I took it... Was really concerning. So I stopped taking it and things returned to normal thank goodness.
