I agree with Tizona though it's important to take a break occasionally to allow your body to replenish nutrients it may have lost during chelation, rebuild its supply of glutathione, etc. When I used ALA for chelating, I found I lost Iodine
and had thyroid problems because of it. It was good to take an occasional break and get some additional Iodine
in my system. I began eating a little iodized salt every day, and my thyroid symptoms went away soon after.
