How do you know a parasite cleanse is working or when it needs to be altered? I’m a week and a half into Humaworm and I haven’t experienced much die-off symptoms. They have been limited to short sporadic headaches, itchy nose, I experienced some fatigue a few days in, an achy feeling all over my body that gets worse with stretching, and a few pimples. All this has been mild and nothing I haven’t experienced before. At first I noticed liver flukes and other parasites in my stool but recently I haven’t noticed much except for “sesame seeds” (tapeworm sections?) I haven’t felt any improvement yet and wonder if that’s because what I’m taking isn’t strong enough, it’s too soon to say whether or not the Humaworm is effective for me, or parasites are not a big problem for me which I doubt.
In fact two weeks before I started Humaworm I ate a raw clove of garlic and experienced instant nausea and got so cold I had to wrap myself in a blanket and sit down. The rest of the day I was nauseas. I haven’t experienced anything close to that on Humaworm.
My question is: is what I’m experiencing what I’m supposed to be experiencing on a successful cleanse or should I start looking into Barefoot’s parasite cleanse or something stronger?
I listened to Dr. Sutter’s CD this past weekend and feel happy that I’m finally going in the right direction. He says that when cleansing you need to start with the bowel which as I understand it means a parasite and colon cleanse. I tried Humaworm’s colon cleanse but all it did was constipate me despite all the water I drank. It did not bulk up my stool nor did it make it compact. My stools were just thin, green and even though my body wanted to get rid of it something in Humaworm made that difficult. I had to really push hard to get soft stools out. In terms of a colon cleanser what should I try now? LBB or Dr. Schultz’s? Since I had a bad experience with Humaworm’s cleanser I would like to avoid trying a similar product. Can I try another colon cleanser while on Humaworm?
Also my stools have been green lately (neither dark nor light) and I’m wondering if at the two week mark I should I do a liver cleanse. Maybe that could explain a few things.
Let me give you some information about me. I’m a 29 years old woman and my main symptoms are alternating constipation and diarrhea. I feel more tired than I used to and my thinking isn’t clear as it used to be and I have pain in my forearms that won’t go away. If I didn’t believe in alternative medicine I would probably just be taking an antacid daily and Pepto Bismol weekly and I’m sure that would suppress my symptoms for a few years. Growing up I had a BM every 3-4 days and I thought that was normal. While I don’t currently have any serious health issues I know what I’m experiencing is the beginning of one and I want to avoid that.
I'll do my best to help you from my experience. I don't think you're having a bad ecperience, it's that you need some explanations and another product might help you better. You decide.
I started out with Hulda Clark's dewormer for a week or so and started seeing parasites right off. Then I went to Barefoot's regular dewormer and continued to see parasites for a long time. You ARE seeing parasites. Liver flukes are parasites and the sesame seeds are parasite eggs, tho I don't know what kind. If you feel you're able to add to Humaworm's dewormer, it's all right to do so. I've added to a dewormer, and others have. My eperience is not with the Humaworm dewormer product for killing off parasites, so I can't help you much with that one. Form what I've heard, his products are strong. His candida cleanse is very strong, IMO.
We keep right on with a dewormer all the time until the bulk of the infestation is gone, then maintenance every 3 days.
Green stools can mean old bile from the liver, so your liver is probably backed up.
I think the Humaworm bowel cleanser may be all right, it's just that a colon cleanse takes time. I did the Schulze #1 and #2 colon products. You can take enough of the #1 to keep you going every day no matter how many it takes. Back off a capsule if it causes diarrhea. Diarrhea is nothing but bad constipation and your body pulling out water in the digestive tract to dilute the poisons.
Probably regular pancreatic digestive enzymes would help you a lot right now. They helped me in a similar situation. The digestive side of the pancreas works real hard trying to digest protein poisons in the body.
A few of us have experimented with a TBSP of activated charcoal in water twice a day to help pick up the digestive tract poisons and allow us to feel a little better. If you add the #2 formula right now, it might be all right depending on the condition of your liver, but it might not be good to pull a lot of the junk off the colon walls at the same time you're liver flushing, early on. That's getting rid of too many toxins at once. The charcoal will pull some of the junk off the walls, but not as fast as the #2 formula with the bentonite in it will.
Alternating constipation and diarrhea means your digestive tract is going to need some work. I had that for many years and finally got rid of 16# of colon junk. You're young, so it might not be that bad for you depending on what your diet has been.
The best thing to do is to listen to your body as to when the right time comes for doing the 30 day colon cleanse after starting the liver flushes. It's going to take a while doing the #1 formula to soften up the junk on the colon walls if your colon is as bad as it sounds. It sounds like your liver needs some work, too, because of the green stool, so yes, I would start liver flushing 2 weeks into the dewormer.
It's best to go slow with the colon cleanse, if you have to do liver flushes, too. Especially since your colon has been a problem for a long time.
I did the LBB off and on for a year until my digestion got bad again while still doing the liver flushes that meant I'd better start doing the 30-day bowel cleanse by adding the #2 formula with the bentonite in it--40 to 50 capsules a day--10 capsules 2 hours apart-- consistently every day-- until I saw results. I did 3.5 consecutive 30 day colon cleanses (105 days in a row) a year into this program, got 10# of colon junk out in a week, and still found I had to wait a while to finish the job. All the while I was doing the liver flushes. But I was in pretty bad shape when I started the program, too, so take that into consideration. It just my own personal experience that may be a guideline for you as far as time and work is concerned. This usually takes longer than most realize, but take one day at a time. Be patient, and it will work. How long it takes is a personal thing of how bad off you are when you start.
My suggestion, since you don't have many health problems that are presenting themselves right now that you think are pressing, is to get Barefoot's adult dewormer liquid formula and try doing it along with the Humaworm, then do a few liver flushes 2 weeks into the dewormer. Your liver (and gallbladder, if you have one) will tell you when it is rid of all the stones. That took longer than I thought it was going to, too. It works, just keep going. Then you'll have some lingering ones that will come out sporadically. You'l be able to feel them come down to the bottom of the liver. The frequency at which you have to do the flushes is decided by that feeling of a bunch under your right ribcage meaning stones and other junk is ready to come out.
Keep your bowels open. You might not have to do a lot of liver flushes, but you are certanly going to have to work on your colon probably for quite a while.
The objective is to kill off all the parasites, and clean out the liver and the colon, because some of them hide and also hide their eggs--especially in the colon wall junk.
Go at the pace your body is able to, and don't stop too soon.
My ND/Chinese Medicine doc told me when I started a his strong major parasite kill formula that the die off may cause nausea, flu- like symptoms, headache, brain fog, tiredness, rash itchy eyes, ears, nose, mouth, scalp..let's just say your entire body may be itching !:)
He told me eat light and healthy. Make sure you keep your colon moving. Drink tons of water, and take lots of vitamin C helps this will stop the itching in it's tracks and vitamin C also helps in a million other ways. The doctor mentioned if the parasite die off is too much, then stop the strong formula for one day and take a the second formula that I was given to calm the system down then the next day resume stronger formula. I was also told to clean my sinus with pinch of sea salt, collodial silver and drop of peppermint oil. Interesting I was told DO NOT take charcoal pill because it may absorb the strong parasite formula, apparently this information may varies from dr to dr. Take a hydrogen bath (25 gallons of water to 1 quart hydrogen peroxide) Taking epsom salt or sea salt baths pull toxins . To give a super boost to the organs for cleansing flushing the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, and colon Make a big pot of a lemonade start squeezing all lemons you can in pot of warm water if you like I drink it like a lemon tea, stand and drink NO SUGAR add honey and tad of sprinkle cayenne to taste. I wonder if xyloitol instead of honey would work since it has insecticidal proporties. Also unsweetened organic cranberry juice concentrate, make juice with it and I believe it is mannose in cranberries that makes it impossible for bacteria to get attached to the organs so it basically flushes it out of your system. Get a colonic every two or three days or just do a simple coffee enema, To do this you must mixed the ground up coffee beans 1/2 cup in a pot of water that is boiling (rolling boil)the water for 11 minutes to sterlize the water this ensure that everything is sterlized to be safe. Take electrolytes. In chinese medicine to go to sleep at
9:00 pm is key because of he bodies internal clock this aids the body in recovery. Also dry brush massage to get all the systems stimulated and functioning. I seem my doctor weekly for moxa anegine, acupunture etc... I get massage as well all of this helps and keeps the Chi flowing
And know for sure that you are on your way to complete wellness.
My doctor told me that a women was super sick she went all over the world seeing doctors and seeking answers found no answers . Finally she ended up on my doctore doorstep and she put her on parasite medicine and after SIX months of taking she passed a nest of parasites the point is it could take six months to kill the parasite who knows for some it could be longer
Intant nausea from the garlic is something I experienced just before I started this program. It's a good sign your colon and liver, both, are needing some work. I had to back off it for a while until my colon and liver were opened up a bit. Garlic is excellent for killing parasites, though as is cayenne pepper.
The flu-like symptoms are from the microbial paraistes, so using a zapper to kill them off is what we recommend. I have Ken Presner's zapper--google The Ultimate Zapper. That's a good, tough, machine that holds up well and works well. Find others on the Clark website, on e-bay or other places on the web, or just use a 9 volt battery explained on this forum. Put a search in the white box above.
The other aches and pains are a toxic body that will happen for a while but will subside the more you get the body cleaned out.
