SoonToBeHottie I stopped my fast after one day I had a terrible headache and I spent the whole day and the next morning in bed and my sister had to drag me out of bed. It seemed like the more water I drank and the more I tried to rest the crappy headache would not give me a break. I know it's cuz of the poor diet I had of caffeine/sugar and bread, but not that maybe most of that crap is out of my system I hope, maybe my next attempt will be the one that will not be so extreme. So I did manage to get to 139 even after refeeding which was quite a while where I was actually lower than 140 so at least I did that. Now my starting weight is 141 + or - a half pound and I want to weigh 105 or 100 because for my body type/height/figure I was very happy with how I looked and nothing jiggled as I remember. Why I want to go down so much as some may ask or not, I don't like my big size D chest as it takes 3 of my hands just to cover one boob, and that's not appealing to look at but many guys will disagree, but not me.
I don't know how you are doing in your fast but it would be nice to have fasting support from people who are fasting at the same time so anyone who would like to join me in my Day 1 starting at 12 am feel free to. I will just take it day by day the 28 days is not definite maybe 30 days or 25 days, I shall see how much fat I lose and see if I need to continue more days.
