Anyone else notice that some of the spectacular weather fronts across USA in recent days seem to have produced mood issues similar to those produced by moon phase changes???
Have observed and had others report these and symptom exacerbation as barometric pressure changes. Severity seems to correlate with the speed and amount of change, and whether there is quick fluctuation between high and low pressure.
Perhaps these online forums should have a moon phase and barometric pressure report available so that we know whether we may be prone to outbursts of anger and unreasonableness????
Not entirely joking here!!!!
The above was posted as I noted a correlation between some very outrageous behaviour online and major storm fronts crossing the USA within the last week.
For many years, I was very sensitive to weather fronts passing and the accompanying barometric pressure changes. Fatigue, anxiety/over-stimulation/insomnia and exacerbation of fibromyalgia pain were the most common symptoms, though there were many others occasionally.
For the last two or three years, I have been free of this problem. I attribute my relief to applying the principles taught at the Ask Moreless forum.
Replenishing my alkaline minerals and avoiding poor foods with incompletely formed proteins as recommended there solved this perplexing, annoying, and sometimes incapacitating problem.
Hope this info will help others who are suffering similarly.

That explains a lot... For the last week (especially) I've felt irritated, had uncontrollable outburst (so bad that I almost broke up with my 7 yr relationship with my fiance'), crying, mood swings, and a feeling of being constantly tired. I would consider myself to be very sensitive to weather fluctuation due to the fact that I get massive headaches when I go from hot to cold temperatures or vice versa.
This is a very interesting post! Keep up the good work!
Yesterday, I wrote a post about an environmental emergency that has become our new reality, but I hadn't yet considered how the social mood will change until I read this thread. It has long been recognized that solar activity has an affect on human behavior. I once saw a chart of human history and solar flares. Solar flares seem to influence either the best of human nature or the worst of it. Solar flares seem to be a catalyst for revolution, change, social unrest, creativity/inventions, etc.
If you have pets, it would also be a good idea to pick up some pet tranquilizer pills and bite straps that fit over the mouth to prevent bites from nasty dogs/cats.
Farm animals might cause a stampede looking for safety. Many changes will happen from solar flares and magnetic shift in the earth, but animals going berserk is probably the most dangerous change of all. Even be prepared to protect yourself with a can of spray paint, hair spray, etc.....what has to be done, has to be done.
