I have been bouncing around this forum for the last year in regard to my Body Odor problem. I have done every cleanse except for a kidney cleanse. My diet has been poor in the last few months but I am getting it back on track with fruits veggies, whole grains (Whole Wheat, Quinoa, Cous Cous, Nutritional Yeast, etc) and if I really have to free roam meats that are not red.
Does anyone know of a kidney cleanse that I can perform. I told my doctor a month ago that i had some pain in my side and she gave me metamucil. With the back pain i had a year ago I think a kidney cleanse may do me some good. If anyone could send me a direct link to a detailed kidney cleanse site that would be great.
Also I was wondering, do I have to do all of those other cleanses all over again because by the time I completed those I as almost anemic and lost 50 pounds?
I use Hulda Clark 's kidney cleanse but other people on this forum use other methods with good success. You can go to the Dr. Clark Informtion Center for more information. I had to eliminate some of the ingredients, the vegetable glycerin seemed to contain gluten, so I just use the herbs, parsley water, magnesium and Vit. B6.
I had a problem with body odor for years. I had read that certain bacteria caused that problem but extra washing did not stop it. I got out my biochemistry book and read that we have a secondary way, in addition to the liver, for cleaning toxins out of our body. This system in our blood and tissues traps the pollutants using sulfur containing amino acids and the bound pollutants are excreted in our apocrine glands (sweat glands). These glands are all over our bodies but concentrated in our armpits. These excretions smell very bad - they are similar in chemistry to skatols which make feces smell bad and cat spray smell. Eating garlic, asparagus or other foods containing sulfer amino acids will result in a worse body odor if this is causing your problem. I eat garlic daily and when I notice the bo is back I know I have eaten a pollutant and with me it is usually because I have eaten a commercially prepared food.
It may be that you need to detoxify your liver and do more than the liver or gall bladder flushes. Some prople have lost the ability to detoxify in the the liver and depend on this secondary system to eliminate toxins.
Be warned: if your kidney tea cause fatigue and weakness it is due to major mineral loss, and that makes them no different than medical diuretics. Here's an easy test to determine whether the tea formulator could really claim any herbal expertise: check that they aren't listing Marjoram by the name Origanum Vulgaricus, which is Oregano's botanical name. Marjoram's real name is majorana hortensis Moench. Marjoram is much milder than Oregano. So if your kidney tea could pass for pizza sauce maybe that's where it belongs and maybe you should start questioning its formulator's advice -and the company marketing it as well, very unlikely to have asked many questions at the sight of a quick buck- Consider Crystal Star TINKLE EZE capsules, they increase urine flow, without depletion because the formula is skillfully balanced. Additionally ask yourself: should I really be doing this every so often or is this just someone's intuitive dictum that everyone's been blindly following , and how can I be so certain that liver flushing will in fact congest my kidneys? Moreover, who can tell how long it should last, when Dr. Schultz' cleanse for instance is over in just five days? It's hard to tell how good a kidney cleanse has been even if you think you felt improvement.
Drink Cramberry Juice. It will clean your kidneys and urinary track. Plus yur whole system. I started drinking it about a month ago and the results have been incredible. Before I started drinking it I thought it was only water and sugar. Believe me it is not. It is the best antioxidant you can try.
