For quite a while now..i thought an overall body cleanse
would be a good thing but know very little about it and am grateful for any advice...?
Regarding the benotine shake and its properties will it compromise the bodies absorbtion of herbs/spices during a parasite and bowel clense which i'm doing simultaneously? Or is it a question of drinking the
benotine clay /volcanic ash mixture at a certain time in
the course of the day to allow for absorbtion of the
powdered herbs first..?
hi there again..this is the reply from Dr s team in an e-mail sent to me with the same question..for anyone else who is unsure...
"...Bentonite clay is very potent in clensing your bowel system and also for an overall detoxification. However, it is probably better to take the clay seperately from any personal medications or herbal supplements because clay may lessen the effects of other substances.
Since Bentonite clay promotes bacterial balance in the intestines and would prepare the liver for detoxification, you may want to take it after the parasite and Bowel Cleanse and before the kidney and liver cleanse. this only the suggested order of things....."
Used together, they are complimentary treatments. Parasite cleanses make the bad buggers detatch, the P&B shakes help pull'em out, and the nanostructure of the Bentonite clay (bentonite is a type of zeolite, an ash blown out of a volcano) grabs and adsorbs (look it up, aDsorb, not absorb) microscopic eggs and dieoff (trash, toxins) from the parasites.
the Bentonite and psyllium shakes help prevent detox reactions
when you parasite cleanse
because the P&B's are all about mopping the gut clean
I am planning to use the classic Hulda Clark trio of herbs, have you ever tried those? I would like to parasite cleanse and Colon Cleanse at the same time but I am not sure how to space the herbs out from the clay/psyllium properly, so the herbs are effective rather than just wiped away by the cleanse.
I am concerned that psyllium husk might aggravate my bowel also because I am gluten intolerant, and I did not feel well the last time i had flax meal. DO you know anything about this?
Yes, the Hulda Clark trio is the very first one I used.
I found that I needed extra magnesium while using them,(my preferred source is magnesium oil and magnesium malate tablets).
Yes, I have been spending some time trying to understand food intolerance. My basic understanding is that the gut flora that is neutralizing (digesting/breaking down) the proteins that irritate the bowel (like gluten) are living in the biofilms (mucosal plaque) that lines the intestinal wall. Ideally no whole protiens should get past your stomach acid.
To space out the herbs, I suggest having the p&b shake first thing when you get up, when brushing your teeth. It is very filling, and there is not so much demand for food right after it. Drink extra water after the shake, and wait at least 30 mins before starting breakfast. 1 hour is ideal.
Then the easy way to do it is the drops of parasite cleanse tincture in a glass of water, and drink before having breakfast.
The more water there is between the p&b shake and your tincture, the further down your tract the mix well be, and the better the absorption of the tincture.
You can always test the psyllium husk by having some of it in water, to see how you will react...
But having it in a shake with the calcium Bentonite will not produce the same effect because the Bentonite is there to buffer and absorb what comes from the interaction of your gut and the psyllium.
There is one other factor- psyllium husk is a starch and not a good protein like gluten. ;)
To clarify, one drinks extra water *right after* the shake? See, someone told me to NOT drink right after...but that was in the case of clay by itself.
How much water needs to be had throughout the day? Does it need to be a steady supply, or 16 ounces once an hour, etc?
If i have lots of vegetable fiber, will that be too much with all the extra psyllium?
Also, is there a psyllium you trust? I have read that some brands are more 'scratchy' than others ...I am just so afraid of more internal aggravation, when I see that psyllium "scrubs" the bowel, it makes me wince to think of it.
No, I don't know about multiple brands of psyllium husk- the brand I use is one I but from the local pharmacy (apotek here), and it's sold well-crushed. You can ask at CVS, walmart or target if you're in the states if they carry it! Metamucil's main ingredient is psyllium husk, but you don't wanna drink that.. It's fulla sweetner D:
Do I deal with adrenal fatigue...
Haha, oh yes, plenty.
Do I know what's effective against it?
Uhm.. just from watching some of Dr Robert Morse's videos about the lymph system and kidneys. He recommends thyroid and adrenal glandular capsules.
There is a warning, don't use it if you are on medication for hypothyroidism!
The rule of thumb with water is to drink when you're thirsty!
;) Nobody can tell you as good as your body can, how much water you actually need. My husband and I shoot for around 2 liters a day, I often have mine as herbal teas.
In my experience, the most heart-pounding moment of starting something new like psyllium-bentonite cleanses is.. starting psyllium and Bentonite cleanses. It's like there's some forbidden moment in mixing it up..
.. like being a kid exploring a new part of town. x3
