I ended up with about 1 1/2 cups left this evening so decided to make their recommended porridge out of the coconut.
1 1/2 cups of coconut with 3/4 cup of water..to this you can add some sultanas.
I didn't add the clove as I had already had it.
So that is it for 2 hours, then I will have the Epsom Salts
and water....2 hours after that before going to bed I will have the other lot.
So far so good...just feel very full.
