I know this isn't life threatening or anything but geezz this is driving me NUTS!
I'm waiting for my Vermox (and sure hope it works!!) but in the mean time these things are really bothersome! I can't sit still because they're crawling on me most of the day, then just try to go to sleep! NOT likely!
So far, I've tried antibiotic ointment, Vaseline with lavender oil and Noxzema and they don't seem to even notice!
Did an herbal parasite cleanse and nothing changed.
There MUST be something I can put on my butt to kill the BUGgers...isn't there? You think sheep dip would work??.... just kiddin'...I think!
Did you keep yourself slathered 24/7, like right after having a bowel movement? Have you removed any other possible sources of contamination, or maybe bleached any?
Do you work with, or live with, small children? If you live with any, they probably need to be treated also. Diatomaceous earth, food grade, might get rid of them, also, 1 heaping tbsp per day preferably first thing in the morning w/no food for 1/2 hour, except maybe some juice.
Yes, I used lots of Noxzema and kept it on 24/7 but they didn't seem to notice. They just kept doing their thing on my privates! Crawling right through the Noxzema! Unbelievable!
No kids but my partner has felt tingling in his nose that sends him into a sneezing fit and has recently had a few minor nose bleeds. I've felt them crawling around in my nose too. He will take the Vermox also.
I'm trying to figure out why I'm so heavily infested now. The only things that I can think of is that I had a colonoscopy last summer and maybe I didn't get enough probiotics back in and the other is that I started using the Terminator Zapper and that's when things got ugly! I don't know if it was just a coincidence or if the zapper stirred this up.
Pinworms don't bother the nose - but hookworms, threadworms and whipworms do. They are all species of roundworms.
Their eggs travel in the blood and will deposit themselves into the lungs where they incubate. Once hatched - the tiny larve travel back into the intestines in phelm. Sometimes a few will crawl into the sinus cavaties.
Pinworms lay their eggs on the outside of the anus - and on underwear and bedclothing - they do not travel further up into the body. This is why I think you have a different species of roundworm.
Have you tried applying Castor Oil? It is messy but I would think it would help. I always feel so much better after doing castor oil packs on my stomach because the oil has the ability to seep in deeply through your skin and is so good for your liver and other organs...but I would try putting it on your backside! It should be very antifungal to the critters and it doesn't wash off easily either! I would also try eating RAW GARLIC.
I will get some Castor oil and give it a try! Garlic was also suggested to put capsules up both places.
I ate raw garlic once before and actually chased people away! The odor must have been awfully strong for that reaction!
Try coconut oil, I have started putting it on before bed and in the morning and after each bm. Wash all linens daily, change underwear frequently, anytime ur itchy. I shower morning and night with tea tree oil soap. Its helped a lot. I also have severe itchy nose that feels the same as my nipples did when me and baby had thrush. May be candida. Coconut oil helps a lo tho. Instantly stops itching for me.
