Aqueous Iodine oral solution is BP grade the same as Lugol's 5%. The healthleads Lugol's is a bit weaker and they sell it for £20 for 100ml when you could get it for about £10 for 500ml from a chemist. I know which I'd rather buy.
Yes Hulda Clark s is different, weaker too I think, but the ratio of Iodine to Iodide is the same
That potassium Iodide from iherb is extremely weak so much it needs preservatives . It's no use trying to get any Iodine from the US, it's not worth it. You can't import prescription medicines either.
Yes I emailed them about that a few times and got different answers every time. What they are selling has the right ratio it's just they've put the percentages for Iodine and Iodide and left out the potassium content.
Still, I found it was over diluted
I didn't get an answer as to why theirs cost so much either
many thanks guys; Iodine therapy is totally new to me; myself & many friends have common health problems like chronic fatigue; low blood sugar, PMS, candida overgrowth etc etc; I need to do lots of reading here.
I am going to order via the web site assetchemist.co.uk you recommend.
Can the aqueous Iodine oral solution be used for painting or just internal use?
What dosage you recommend for 6 yr old girl who has vaginal thrush?
Yes you can use it for painting, if it's a bit strong just dilute it. It depends on how sensitive the skin. Don't apply it at full strength on sensitive areas or it can burn. You could also use it mixed with coconut oil.
There are a few mothers here who can help you with young children . I haven't used it for a child that young so best ask them and read the past posts. You wouldn't need to give a 6 year old much
If you're buying the 500ml bottle then get some 30ml brown glass dropper bottles from a chemist too and put it in them
Best use a small funnel to avoid spills
There's plenty of good info in this forum. You need to get companion nutrients like selemomethionine too
Read the faqs too and use the search for anything specific
