This is an "it all depends" answer/situation (:::wink::: I *know* how you love this kind of answer :)
You are extremely fluoridated (as noted in recent post) - the Iodine in the kelp, watercress (and other herbs containing Iodine in the Kelp Combination) will help to push out fluoride. The Black-Walnut Hull tincture has been used for centuries as a source of iodine, but it's debated whether it actually contains iodine (or perhaps the body converts the nutrients in the Black-Walnut to iodine).
BUT you'll also be removing a vast amount of fluoride with the use of external & internal Bentonite clay.
Just like with ANY thyroid "medicine" the correct dosage is dependent upon how you react to the dosage. And how you react to the dosage will likely depend upon the fluctuating levels of fluoride in your body...and of course, the 'level of function' of all the other 'systems in your body' that affect thyroid health.
I recommend starting at 1 teaspoon of the Kelp Combination 3x daily and adjusting up or down from there...but since we know of your large exposure to fluoride, it would likely be beneficial for you to start at a tablespoon 3x daily and 'work down' from there. You'll also be adding the Poke Root/Blue Flag tincture (if I remember correctly).
If it were me, I'd hit the Bentonite in every way I can and start high on the Kelp Combination and other thyroid supporting herbs to get myself some measure of relief from symptoms, then continue using the bentonite baths & poultices aggressively, while slowly cutting the herbal dosages until I reach the point of healing I desire.
