Okay so this week my digestive system has improved. I started having more than one bm (like five today, sorry to be graphic) but I did notice that the healthier I ate the worse i smelled. I didnt feel the effects of the other supplements I was taking and started to get concerned. I took some of the pumpkin seeds in my purse and started eating them in my cubicle. Seconds into consuming them I got really sick. During lunch I went to the store and purchased another bag. I consumed that one as well and felt really ill for a brief period. With that and the brash of eczema on my legs I decided it was time to start the cleanse. I just consumed a solution of wormwood, Black-Walnut and freshly grinded cloves. I feel some serious twitching. with the exception of some vegan brownies and some toasted corn ive been eating very healthy this week. Does anyone know when I can incorporate the COQ10? also I was wondering if I really could kill a Tapeworm with a large amount of pumpkin seeds? Has anyone ever done so? Even if it doesnt its nice to eat, they taste like fried chicken to me (weird I know) and its like the only form of carbs i get.

I also take a handful of pumpkin seeds daily, but do not get sick after taking them. I read somewhere on this site that if you are feeling sick after eating them - this is a definite sign that you have a Tapeworm in you...
I do not think though that they are powerful enough to kill it alone.
I am doing a parasite cleanse at the moment. When I finish it I will immediately do a high dose of CQ10 (I recon that if I have a Tapeworm it will already be weakened by the herbs and it will be easier to kill it..?)
By the way - I also noticed that the healthier I eat the worse I smell - what's up with that!?
The only effect pumpkin seeds have on worms is it knocks them out for awile - but you have to eat a huge amount - something like a bushel at once... I don't recall the exact amount, but its's much more than you can eat - there are much better ways to kill them off. However, RAW pupkin seeds are healthy to eat.
Raw pineapple fasting for a few days is one of the things that can be done depending on which kind of parasite a person has. Eating a big squash for a meal kills some kinds. Eating alot of garlic every day helps. Most people have a few differn't kinds of parasites.
All parasites emit ammonia ALL the time. Not just once in a while. This is what contributes to disease.
Consider spending time researching this.
We need to eat healthy to create an unwelcome envirement for parasites. Eating healthy does not cause your bms to smell, but detoxing will - it's more important to detox.
There are many things I thought were healthy are not. Like cows milk, White Sugar , white flour and white rice, refined foods - there is so much more.
