I did my first course of flushes recently
Monday = salt water enema until cleared out.
Tuesday = no bowel movements
Wednesday = salt water enema until recognisable food matter from previous night.
Thursday = no bowel movements?
Friday = Salt water enema again until could recognise corn kernels which i purposely swallowed whole the previous night.
Saturday = today no bowel movement yet!
What am i doing wrong? Im drinking at least 7-9 8oz glasses of water a day,lots of vegetables,beans, hardly any meat, no junk food whatsoever and some fruit occasionally but not too much as it makes me feel sick.
I am also using double tincture to kil off parasites and treating myself for adrenal fatigue with iso cort,licorice root and DHEA KETO-7.
I am concerned that if i use the enema technique more than once every other day i will become dependant on it.
Should i just try it every day for a week and then see what happens or what?
You probably aren't allowing your body to thoroughly push the food through your colon and small intestine. For example, when you go get a colonic, they tell you very specifically that you may not have another bowel movement for 24-48 hours. The transit time for food to travel through the stomach and then processed through the bowel can be 12-24 hours, it just depends.
You need to give the enemas a break and eat a high fiber diet and take additional fiber each day (like psyllium or flax fiber) and see what that does.
