hi doc and all,
I recently have been dizzy and foggy, dull headaches on one side
I had to go to hospital to get some tests done. They include an xray of the chest and CT / CAT scan of the head. I wasnt happy about having these, but they did them and they showed no abnormalities.
I still dont feel well now , even after 2 weeks, but i'm now wanting to neutralise the effects of the radiation that I had been given in the hospital. Shall I take niacin tablets for this? or aloe vera? pascalite/benonite clay baths?
I'm going to continue liver flushing although in this mentally weakened state i think it will be more difficult!
thanks so much for your help!
Sounds like a build up of acids in the system with no were to go. That is why it is so important to get the guts, moving expelling toxins. The body will eliminate these what ever way it can and will result in a great many "diseases". Also get away from any sugar, artifical sweetners, and caffine. Many of these items over stimulate the nervous system, try and due a three day fruit fast will help.
Be very careful of any fruit fasts or juicing etc. as this may break more stuff loose and add to your already heavy circulating toxic burden. If your symptoms are from circulating toxins then you need to LOWER this burden, clean the liver and give your body time to catch up BEFORE any fruit fasts which tend to cut MORE acid wastes and toxins loose and into circulation.
Also consider that fruit is much less effective in calling on the liver and gallbladder to create and use bile than fats and proteins. If your liver is congested it needs to be encouraged to produce and use bile--to keep toxic bile moving thru and out. Warm food with some good fats / oils/ proteins are best to keep bile moving (and toxins exiting).
Fruits tend to support cellular release of toxins but do little to encourage the liver to create bile and purge toxins. So if you are suffering from toxin overload with a struggling liver, go easy on fruit.
There may be a time and place for a 3 day fruit fast but probably after the liver is purged and revving nicely.
