I am SOOOOOOOOO happy to find this forum! I have just purchased a new Jack Lalang Power juicer (should get it in a couple weeks) although I am currently using a Juicman Juicer which is about 6 years old. My health has been not so hot and I recently had a tumer removed from my head.
I am wondering if there is any juicing specialists out there who can tell me if you can actually live on juicing alone (both fruits and vegies every day) or at leas eat very little solid foods but mostly all juicing? I want to feel young and vibrant again. I've gained WAY too much weight and have to loose about 45 pounds.
Also...I have 2 loose teeth...could juicing help with this? I am only in my 30's and don't want to start loosing my teeth. I floss at least 1 times per day and sometimes twice a day depending on what I eat and I brush about 2 to 3 times per day.
Can Juicing help with this?
Personally I have hung out with breatharians who spend most of their time chanting Hare Krsna and helping others.
www.SolarHealing.com has stuff on breatharian too
any serious health person must undergo a proper deworming too, if you don't they will continue to eat your meals and you will go weak. Even Christ teaches the people how to do so in the Bible. I have been a lacto vegetarian for many years, so the answer to your question is yes and yes there is a wrong way and a right way.
I did the wrong way(dam near died too) plenty of times, till I did the right way.
If you have been a meat eater in the past, you must do a parasite clease for better health. It is cheap and painless,
You can live for long periods on juice alone, but you should use a variety of foods to make the juice. Above ground veggies should be the source of the majority of your juices if you want to lose weight.
Loose teeth are generally a bacterial infection in the mouth. This would benefit from overall improved health, but you also need to do more than brush your teeth a couple times a day if you want to avoid losing them.
Do you smoke? That causes loose teeth by poisoning the gum tissues.
that is exactly the type of answer I was looking for. :)
I do not like when you post a question and folks come back with some sort of advertising for something that has nothing to do with what you asked.
Thank you for the straight forward answer. :)
I do not smoke thankfully..but have a WICKED sweet tooth. I floss once a day and brush 2 to 3 times per day. I have 2 teeth that are loose and hurt but I don't beleive in the dentist really. I did bring my kids to have a cleaning about 2 months ago, and they hand me this itemized HUGE LIST of stuff they want to do to my kids and the bill was over $1000 ...I was like "ya...thanks...but no thanks". and we left. The kids got the cleaning but I wasn't about to have all that other stuff done.
I was just wondering if the teeth can tighten on their own..or if they just eventually fall out. I am only in my 30's and would like to keep my teeth. :)
