On my off weeks from liver flushing, I do combinations of coffee/salt water enemas and salt water flushes. I have never gotten green stones from a coffee enema, but I do get stuff. Sometime I add Epsom Salts to the mix, sometimes I donít, but I always want to be clear , using saltwater/plain enemas and salt water flushes before taking the coffee.
I can still be surprised when a slight change to a protocol gives an unexpected result. So this was the variation. I had gone thru the with salt water enemas and salt water flushes. Drank a couple of glasses of water and an hour after that took a Liver Flush dose of Epsom Salts 1 tbsp in 6 oz water and did the coffee about an 1 Ĺ hours after that.. When I release the coffee I follow with a rinsing plain water enema and another salt water flush. During this process this showed up (the tomato skin/liver fluke). I have not been taking any anti-parasite protocols Ė just crushed raw garlic a night.
Even during a parasite protocol the best I got was a couple of skins.
I do coffee enema's too when juice fasting. The book's that I have read say to do two cleansing enema's (water and if desired, Epsom Salt to help the colon relax) Then a coffee enema. No rinseing enema... I think if it isn't rinsed it continues to work for awile, on releasing toxins from the liver and cleansing the colon... it seems to work like a solvent.
Glad the fluke came out - I have seen a couple like that... I always wonder if there are more!
