hey alesiom11, I did a Water Fast
almost a year ago.. towards the end of the fast my lips had improved a lot and weren't really peeling for about a week as far as I remember. My lips eventually went back to peeling more often ect.. I'm just trying to show people that ALL I'VE DONE is change my diet and started doing lots of excercise and my lips seem to have improved big time. These simple things ARE SHOWING MORE RESULTS THAT WATER FASTING. I haven't been taking ANY supplements at all in the past 2 weeks, not even a multi-vitamin. My lips have never looked as good as in those pics... yesterday at work I was licking my lips like crazy, no skin turned white.. I just drank some water and they started looking and feeling good again, water doesn't make them crack anymore.
I'm not saying this is a CURE but it will sure as hell have some kind of effect positive effect on the lips.. and whose to say its NOT the cure... Follow this for 2 weeks I guarantee you will see change.. if not you can have your money back.. oh wait..
Everyday follow this same shit.. this is a GENERAL GUIDELINE so if you want to try it out don't stress over doing everything 100% just slowly work it into your life. This is generally what I do everyday...
Wake up, 30-60 mins later eat a VERY LIGHT breakfast of spinach leaf mixed salad with baby lettuce leaves,, you can find it in the grocery store in that isle you've never checked ;D eat a nice big bowl of that every morning, try to only put olive oil and grey Sea Salt
on it. 15-30 minutes after eating that do some kind of cardio and maybe even calesthetics (push,pull ups), I personally just do jump rope in my apartment because the ceilings are high enough, I got a leather rope with bearings in the handle.. works great. So anyways, do some kind of cardio for 15-45 minutes then you can eat a large meal. TRY TO FOLLOW FOOD COMBINING. The main meal I eat almost everyday is chicken and veggies fried in healthy oil, afterwords I'll try to eat another salad. If you are craving carbs try to go with something healthy; fried noodles with veggies, NUTRITIOUS granola bars, ect.. Later on in the evening do the same thing.. eat a leafy salad again then hit the cardio then afterward you can eat something else as long as its high quality nutritious food. Also make sure you drink LOTS of CLEAN water 30 mins before and after meals, this is very important. I've noticed that CARB CRAVINGS are actually DEHYDRATION, drink LOTS OF WATER 3-4L A DAY! Drink flavored soy milk as well, many times through the day. Try to get lots of fresh air and sunlight... ect.. ect.. ect..
Thats the basic outline to what I'm doing everyday for the past while with amazing results (see pics). Things NOT to do are as follows:
No dairy whatsoever, no pork, no fruit, limit any meat other than chicken, no coffee or tea, try to never eat processed food, no weight lifting (cardio and calesthetics only), try to avoid eating microwaved foods (make everything on the stove),,, the list goes on, don't feel like typing it all up.
