I'm just curious if anyone else has tried this herb mixture. I'm 30 years old, 175 lbs. I'm very active (jog about 3 miles 4 to 5 times a week), but I still have high blood pressure. My bp was initially 150/100 before my doctor put me on bp meds (Tarka). That only seemed to get me down to about 135/86. I recently ordered Mukta Vati and after taking it in conjunction with my meds, I am now I'm down to 127/76.
I just haven't heard enough about this so I'm just curious if anyone else has any experience with it as well.
I'm sorry but I have been doing a lot o traveling and I have not been to this forum in a while-You can buy Mukta Vati from http://www.theundrugs.com --I'm combining 4 days of these caps with 3 days of my med and it has helped me to control my blood pressure-
I used mukta vati for my high blood pressure and it proves to be very effective. Now my two brothers are also using mukta vati. It is totally herbal, natural, and have absolutely no side effect at all. I buy mukta vati at
kvali, i have read the concept about mukta vati from the website. it claims to be a hypertension 'cure' by getting ones blood back to some normality and by doing that it stabilises blood pressure. would you know how mukta vati deals with narrowed, hardened arteries? thanks, tomi.
Narrowed, hardened arteries seem to be part of the cardiovascular picture, and is one of the causes of hbp. I did cheleton therapy before to clean up my arteries, but it did not seem to work for my bp. Then I went on to do "master cleansing"
for a week. I don't know how much it cleared up the plague in my arteries neither, but I know it was very good for my bp.
Regarding Mukta Vati, I went back to http://www.herbs2healyou.com
to read the ingredients of this formular, and it said that many of the herbs in this formula actually deal with cardiovascular system. So perhaps you can check it out in their page
Hi - I have begun using Muktavati since last 4 weeks and the results are amazing - I am sleeping well and bp down to 85/120. However when I consulted the 'naturopath' she advised me to to do simple 'yoga' exercises too - just 5-10 mins every morning.
If you are keen, I will send those details to you. She said that Mutka vati with those two simple yoga exercises will eliminate bp for ever - FYI in India currently, millions now use Mukta vati along with yoga to cure themselves of bp/hypertension and host of other ailments. Needless to say doctors and allopathi companies are up in arms against it and are calling it a sham!!
I have had about the same experiences with my blood pressure. It went down remarkably after having taken an ayurvedic product - some herbs were the same as i muktavati. But I began with some yogabreathing at the same time, so I am not quite sure what has brought the pressure down, herbs or breathing, perhaps both.
I am interested in knowing what yoga your naturopath recommended. Pleas tell us! Thanks!
I've just started to use Mukta Vati as I have had nothing but problems with medications prescribed by my doctor. I would be very interested to know of the Yoga exercises you have been recommended, as I am planning to find a Yoga class as soon as possible.
I have similar problem with Mukta Vati. I had nasal congestion, and also more serious: unusually high exhaustion.
It was impossible to exercise to me when I was on Mukta Vati.
I am not sure if I am allergic to one of the component or something.
I am 40 year old so it not that concern me as for my mother that also used it and have very similar symptoms as I had.
It true that it significantly lower the blood pressure. But the exhaustion that it induce is very waring to me. I start using with 2 pills a day but it was whey too much. I ended up with 1/4 pill a day.
I'm bit surprise that may people posting testimonial after one day or one week of usage. That have no sense. You should at list wait couple moth so you know what the full reaction of your body is on the specific.
It Ivy's Comm System marketed and manufacture by Amar Pharmaceuticals.
Good idea for despondence to write the manufacture so we can choose the best product
The inexpedience quantity on the bottle show as follow:
Centella Asiatica 35mg
Convolvulus Pluricaulis 35mg
Terminalia Arjuna 35mg
Onosma Bracteatum 35mg
Celastrus Paniculatus 15mg
Inula Racemosus 15mg
Withania Somnifera 30mg
Tinospora Cordifolia 3mg
Corallium Rubrum 50mg
Pearl Powder 20mg
In most description there is talk about 8 ingredients, the above have 10.
I see on there manufacture have different ratio of the herbs used in the product.
Does anybody have some idea which inexpedience my cause exhaustion?
May be other brand might be better.
Can anybody sher what other bred they using with what effect?
I agree with you.
My blood pressure was going 160/100 range at times. I am also taking Muktavati (Swami Ramdev ji's) for 1.5 months and In first 7 days it brought my BP to 120/74. Later, after 10 days once I found my BP at 160/100 and then Swami ji's vaidh gave me Arjunarist along with Muktavati. what I have generally found is that there is nasal congestion.
Pluse rate goes down drastically 55-60. I have reduced dose to 1 tab morning and evening. I feel lethargic also.
Yes, I experience the same thing. I was told that some people will experience nasal congestion and sometimes a feeling of being tired. I was instructed to decrease the amount of pills I take. Well, I did that, and both went away, the nasal congestion and the feeling of being tired. Just decrease the amount of pills little by little maybe one or two, or until it goes away. Do it gradually.
Undate from my last post. I started taking 1,500 - 2,000 mg of Vitamin D a day and it got rid of the nose congestion caused by Mukta Vati. It's so weird. So I re-increased to my usual dosage on the mukta vati without nose congestion. It's so weird... but it works for me. No only that but I don't get colds anymore since being on the Vitamin D. I use to have at least 6 colds during the winter. But for two years now since taking Vit. D -- no colds. It's the only vitamin I take. I start taking it around August-September to prepare me for the winter season. It takes time for it to build up in your system (3 months). Just thought I'd let you guys know my status and what has helped me with the congestion. It just so happens that I went to the doctor two years ago to check my Vit. D. levels and it was low. So I started taking it since then. However, it is recommended that you check your Vit. D levels before taking extremely high levels of Vitamin D. However, you can always decrease the amount of mukta vati you are taking. It should relieve the nose congestion. Again, I was told by the company to decrease when there is congestion and tireness. So decrease by a tablet or so. Do it gradually..
PLEASE NOTE: The Mukta Vati that I use is the "Ivy's" brand. It's the only one that helped me with my blood pressure. I know the Ivy brand works. Not sure about the other brands and have heard that they don't work but don't know how true that is.
