Every person is different. For me my swelling in my hands and ankles went away. I had better color and much more pep. I just have a great sense of well being and I have less gas. Now don't ask me why but that is the case....I think a person continues to see results as time goes on...and another thing ...You just look better and more healthy.....go for it....ae
I can only speak for myself (obviously), but I'm 40 and have been in poor health (generally feel lousy most of the time) for the past 20 years. I've gone to doctors and tried various alternative remedies (such as accupuncture) with minimal success.
I did my first Liver Flush less than a week ago and can't begin to tell you how much better I feel. You wouldn't beleive all the big waxy globs that came out. It's no wonder I felt lousy. If this treatment were merely a "sugar pill", then any one of the things I tried would have worked. Ultimately, they didn't. I can now see that everything else I was doing was just treating the symtoms.
The bottom line is: my liver was choked up and squeezing the life out of me.
Not everyone is the same and I don't know what kind of symtoms you might have. Here were a few of mine that have just about all dissapeared:
- Fogginess in my mind (hard to concentrate)
- Lethargic and lack of energy
- Blood Sugar wacky (Type 2 diabetes) - this one I won't test until I've done a couple more flushes
- Weakened immune system (Get sick easily)
- Bloated feeling after eating
- Hard to get up in the morning (like I was always drunk the night before)
- Difficult to metabolize protiens, fats, AND carbs (gee, what's left)
- My skin often had a yellowish hue
- etc., etc., etc.
I am 39 and had almost all from your list, except of diabetes and drinking.
At 16 I had hepatitis and could not eat any fats after that.
At 20 I tried to put myself together by starting running. Partly it helped, but not for long. Also I was looking for different yoga techniques from age of 14 and try to practise it every day. I follow Iyengar style and some ancient texts about self purification methods for the body and mind. All that is grate! I can breathe! I am alive! I feel young again!
My liver is puffing heat waves some time after meals.
I also found I don't have the urge to eat more food, and sometimes I digest almost all I ate ( and this is not a case of shit sticking to my colon ).
I used to eat lotsa Sugar - not any more, no white, niether brown. No swets, jams etc.
I started from replacing Sugar with honey, now I take about table spoon a day.
Is it the liver change or my life style? I think both. You just found right place to answer your questions and support you on the way to good health.
~ Clear pink tongue for the first time ever (it went green during my first flush! ugghh)
~ Cleared up my fatigue problems (Doctor did blood tests, patted me on the head and told me to take vitamin C)
~ Yellowish skin changed to pink!
~ Lots of energy
~ More efficient metabolism. Have never put weight back on
~ Cleared up a permanent patch of acne on my temple (the gall bladder area apparently), as well as other skin problems
~ More regular bowel movements (I'd always had a problem with constipation
~ Stronger immune system. hardly even got a cold after that
The rest has faded with my memory (it was 7 years ago) but it was life chaning for me. What a transformation. And to have the courage to go through with it and not have the operation and to be right (they told me I would definitely opt to have the operation within 2 years as I wouldn't be able to bear the pain anymore)!!! Not giving in to the doctors' skepticism was the best of all. We do have the power to take charge of our own health. Doctors are really important and we need them but there is so much we can do for ourselves too.
