Your question: last 3 days i started pro-biotics dsnt matter which ones i take i always seem to get irrited and my ibs flares after having bowel movemnets it irriates more inside and around my lower back and hip i can take ,digetive enyzmes ok but never probrotics they dont give me gas they just really irritate me and i dont know why i always feel inflamed inside i asked my nutropth how bad my leaky gut was she said it only came up with stage 4 on test so not that bad if u were 6 to 10 then it would be really bad but im not so im not sure why they always do that?
Answer: To understand the answer to this question one may need to understand how the Digestive system may work Naturally to some degree?
Starting point is our Saliva in our mouth which should be of an Alkaline nature to start the digestion of the Fats and Oils and react against the Acids as we eat our food !
Then as the foods enter our stomach our stomach should produce and or have stomach Acid released to work on the Proteins and Alkaline Minerals and Fibres and Carbohydrates to start Breaking them down and releasing their Energy to the body !
Then as the foods move into our intestines our body should release Alkaline Bile in this area to try to do the Final break down of the Fats and Oils and Neutralize the Acids before our Poop comes out the other end ! If our body Lacks in the needed Alkaline Bile to Neutralize the Excess left over Acids, then our Poop may be too Acidic, thus causing problems in our Intestines !
Our body cannot utilize and or receive the Electro-magnetic Energy from Alkaline Minerals if there are none available and or if there are no stomach acids available to do this job !
This may be where it gets tricky, which came 1st the chicken or the egg?
What do I mean by this question?
When we are short of needed Alkaline Minerals our Endocrine Glands and our Liver and Kidneys are going to become Sick and Diseased, thus our stomach is going to be short of it's needed Digestive Acids when it needs them most to react against any Alkaline Minerals which may enter into the stomach, to Cause their release of Electro-magnetic Energy to thus help the Lymphatic Fluids become more Alkaline from this release of Alkialine Mineral Electro-magnetic Energy !
It is a catch 22, for one cannot get the needed Release of needed Alkaline Minerals unless there is enough stomach Acids present, yet once the body has become Lacking in the needed Alkaline Minerals the Organs producing Acids cannot produce the Acids needed to Cause the proper release of Electro-magnetic Energy from any Alkaline Minerals !
What then happens is the Organs that are supposed to produce the Alkaline Bile for the Last stage of Proper Digestion in our Intestines to do the Final Neutralizing of the Excess Acids left over from the stomach Acids and to also react against the Fats and Oils to further break them down, does not take place !
This allows for the Intestines to be eaten up with Excess Acids left over from the left over Stomach Acids !
It is all called Poor Digestion from a shortage of Alkaline Minerals needed to have strong Organs needed to produce the needed Acids for proper Digestion in the stomach and Alkaline Bile to Complete the Digestion process in the Intestines !
Now to the subject of Probiotics in the Digestive system: Probiotics may be what may also be called Digestive Flora and or Bacteria which the stomach needs to help break down the foods we choose to eat !
Bacteria Naturally Create Acids to break down the foods they help Digest, thus one needs to feed these Probiotics what they need in order to end up with proper Digestion, otherwise these Friendly bacteria will also Die and add to the waste in our bodys and may add to the Gas and Bloating problem !
And because bacteria Create Acids, they need an Alkaline media to Live !

The Right way to take Probiotics is in the morn 1st thing we need to drink an glass full of clean water(and one may add a small pinch of Epsom Salt to this water) to 1st flush out the excess Acids in our Digestive system, then a little later before eating or drinking anything we should take the probiotics with a glass of "Skim Milk" ! This provides the Probiotics a food source to live and grow on in our digestive system ! For the rest of our meals thru-out the day we may take the Probiotics before each meal with some skim milk to help our digestive system keep working ! This method needs to be followed as long as one in having digestive problems !
Back to your problem: Because you are having digestive issues, you are going to need to correct the problems Causing the problems and you are facing a Chicken and Egg problem of which came 1st !
