Sounds good everyone! Thanks for the response, now I know I am NOT alone...LOL anyhow, I am doing a water/tea and juice when I NEED fast. Starting around 168 and hope goal will be one day 125. So mostly water/tea. I take a huge container with ice to work everyday and drink it til the ice melts and I have to RUN to the bathroom. So with no tempting foods around and I work in a school so I have to have money to buy the lunches and never carry money, so that helps me to NOT eat the foods at the school.
Instead of going to the gym right after work, met with a friend and went later in the afternoon and did toning exercises, boy am I gonna be sore tomorrow! But thats ok, getting ready to go running, had much exercise from the class today and tomorrow will run in the morning and do my 1 hour powerwalk. I hope to make this "LOSE AS MUCH AS I CAN FOR LABOR DAY" fast goes well. Would love to take the tags off the bathing suit that has been hanging in my closet for 3 YEARS (two piece). I almost cried when I thought about that today....3 years and never wore it cause of all this fat.....
I didn't get to start on the 1st of August. My weekend is too hectic. My next fast starts on Monday the 4th but I will tag along despite being behind as I need the motivation.....and I want to do 21 days. I did my 5 day fast and I was so proud of myself BUT then I tried a couple of 3 day fasts but they were disasters - I always gave in after the 1 st day!!! Not enough willpower.
So I have a plan - mad weekend then fruit on Sunday - bought loads of fruit for Sunday and then I'm off on my 21 day fast.
