It's not that there is a lot more pain without doing the antiparasite protocol first - It's a lot more sickness. It's terrible too. Been there.
Soooo, kill the bugs before you attempt a liver flush. Do NOT do a liver flush until at least two weeks on the antiparaiste formula's. (Barefoots DeWormer).
Always consider order of cleansing and you'll stay out of trouble. Not much sense attempting to clean the body on a cellular level when the plumbing is clogged up.
And in order to get the liver back on line the parasites have to be addressed. Because they cause most of the liver congestion. Plus, physiologically you can get into trouble opening the liver up with the parasites still active in there. Blood pressure issues and a few other things.
Once on the antiparasite program don't quit. Even on the day you do the flush.
I don't know the whole cleansing regime of the Master Cleanse. But just the name implies it includes the colon and liver.
So, kill the bugs, make sure you liver is on line and go for it. It's surprising how young you can get. A little intimidating at first.
