Just wanted to tell of my success with pumpkin seeds for deworm and parasite ridding.
I was suggested to use this natural remedy and did some research and adjusted the proceedure slightly.
Here is what I did:
Breakfast: A green smoothie as I do each morning with 1 cup spinach, 1 egg, 1/2 t. black seeds, 1/2 t. fennel seeds (a aide for deworm), 1 T crushed pumpkin seeds (shell and all) 1/2 bannana green, 4 strawberries.
Mid morning snack 1/3 cup labane (yogurt drained of the whey) 1 jalepeno pepper deseeded chopped and 2 T. flax seeds crushed. the jalepeno is used for deworming.
Mid afternoon snack: 1 cup of almond milk or your choice, 1//2 T. raw honey and 1 T. crushed pumpkin seeds all heated thru.
Late night snack, 15 pumpkins seeds, shells and all.
After just 2 days of this I pasted a large parasite not sure what kind. Thought this might help someone.
That looks libe a good combo. You might want to add pineaple to this regimen, since from what I have heard, pumpkin seeds work best in association with pineaple--these two antipÔrasites complement eachother.Do a Google search for more details.
When you start eating raw garlic and dewormers like pumpkin seeds, you might have big surprises checking your bms in the morning!
I think so, natalia, I used them in the past and might do another round soon.
You and I seem to have same leaky gut problem, possibly with more food allergies on my side. If they are ok with me, you should be able to use them with no trouble.
Only question I have about them is--are they good only as antihelminticS--dewormers, if you prefer--or do they work also against protozoans parasites--the small invisible guys, like B. Hominis or Gardia? I did a Google but could not find the answer.
I have leaky gut and had no problem. Not for sure what all they rid and the fancy names but the sites also recommend jalepeno pepper 3 times a day with yogurt. and like I did milk and seeds with honey. They also suggest, garlic, fennel, mint and the pumpkin seeds. I could not get raw so I used roasted and had good luck. I hope tomorrow to get the raw. I did take the raw garlic today as Ketchup said with no problem but wary of that with leaky gut.
I personally will go natural any day or pharmaceuticals.
... Or at least create an unpleasant environment for them...
Besides raw pumpkin seeds, pineaple, garlic, oregano, coconut, peppermint, fennel, jalapeno--this one not recommended if your gut is sensitive, it burns like hell--there is also carrots, red beets, radishes, nutmeg, cloves, parsley, pomegranates.
wheir do you get them from??ketchup or mo i cant take raw garlic it irritaes me im allergic to carrots found that out on blood test for food allergies but i defintely wont some punkin seeds wheir can i buy them??
