Ok so now ive been reading about them for a few hours, heres my plan. On saturday I will:
-eat equivalent of 50gram (2 ounce) of garlic
-eat 2 pomegranates
-eat as much pumpkin seeds as I can during the day
-eat 15gram (1/2 ounce)of pumpkin seed oil * 3 times
-take my 7th day and last 4000mg megadose of coq10 (Clark recommends 3000mg a day for 1 week)
-end with a salt water flush
What are your thoughts? I have Tapeworms throughout my body I feel wiggling, will they also die or is it just the ones in the gut who dies? I have also ordered mebendazole...
Good plan. Let us know how it goes with the pumpkin seed oil. It is important to take oil with the CoQ10, or your body can't utilize it. I think Hulda Clark highly recommends ozonated olive oil.
Newport says that some CoQ10 is better than others, you might want to ask him where he gets his. On the other hand, I went to a seminar in Utah at the Solaray factory, when I was managing a vitamin store. They said there is only one source of CoQ10, world wide. Everybody gets it from Japan, if I remember correctly.
So unless there is wide spread cutting going on, CoQ 10 is CoQ10. Most purveyors of vitamins are pretty ethical with regard to purity, as they want repeat business, and products that don't work, don't sell.
You can probably tell by the color and price. It should be bright yellow and expensive. It if is, you've more than likely got the pure stuff.
Watch it with the pumpkin seeds. They make your stomach really uneasy, especially if you're steadily snacking. They made me throw up. It would be a shame if you threw up all of your other stuff. Good luck!
