I've been noticing more and more white hairs popping up on my head lately! I'm only 25, and this has been going on since I was around 21. Is there a possible cause for this? And can I stop it from getting worse? It's kind of embarrassing.
don't pluck!!!!!!!!! you need all the hair you can get, gray or otherwise!!
i ahve heard that copper deficiency was one aspect of gray hair. but you need organically bound copper. we just discussed this in the acid/alkaline forum. black strap molasses is a great soruce of organic copper. i recenlty have been using a lot of it, but no change in my gray hair. but really its way too early to tell.
I have been using ionic copper for about 2 months and also been taking molasses drinks for about 3 months. Some days I think it does look darker but in reality FI think it may be the lighting..not sure. In any case no real noticeable difference. ): I've try HGH, B vitamins, and Melancor as well..
Premature hair greying is a difficult problem to solve. I think you should at first check whether this problem is hereditary and secondly, you should immediately consult a good hair expert. Apart from this, you can try out an herbal hair oil rich in Amla, I have heard that Amla works well in preventing hair greying (From an article, I even read that “…amla is also great for the hair. It nourishes hair roots and is believed to prevent premature greying. Thus one often sees amla-based shampoos and oils.”). So until you visit a hair expect, you can try out Amla Herbal Hair oil. You can get the product at http://www.naturalplaza.com/
B vitamins - I think specifically B5 although it might be B6, I forget. But deficiency in whichever one is it can cause premature greying of the hair. My source - One of Adelle Davis's books several years ago.
