I was sure wrong when I started this parasite cleanse, I thought the ascarids were the "easy" worms to kill. I've gotten different batches of them...but I have been really surprised to be getting more of them the last 2 days! I have been 9 weeks now deworming, and I started the paracleanse/neem last week, and this is the last day for the 30 days of Vaxa, (homeopathic/herbal) but I also started taking coconut oil yesterday. I had actually gotten ascarids the day before I started taking the coconut oil. And, in the past week, still getting lots of baby fluke chunks- and for several days in a row the rolled up tomato skins. I did the coffee enema for 7 days like Telman said could be done for detoxing the liver ( Liver Flush Forum ), and sure enough got bunches of baby flukes. I'll back off now to a couple of them a week, but it definetly works.
I'm understanding now what Hulda Clark meant by the ascarids being "tough worms". I'm done with the 3 weeks of L-Cysteine, ozonated oil, and haven't taken the megadose of COQ10 for about a week.
I'm going back to the Alt Med Dr. today, and he'll retest for homeopathic and specific worms.
The way I've been killing these things all along, you are right, they do live in colonies. I'll get a kill of one kind, and a while later get a kill of a totally different variety.
Newport, you've had alot of info on the flukes...do you have it on the ascarids?
Ascaris is extremely tenacious. I have been dropping them almost daily for 3 months now. Just how much darn Ascaris can take up residence in your bowels? Apparently a lot. I think there are something like 26 feet of colon, 6 small and 20 large - lots of space to take up residency.
I never knew why, even when for most of my life I was thin and trim, I always had a distended abdomen that I could not seem to rid myself of. I had dismissed it as just part of my make-up. Now my stomach is flatter than it's ever been as I continue to slowly move down the scale.
I've found coconut oil to be quite beneficial. During my Paragone cleanse, I was taking 1 tablespoon 3x a day - it was a great supplemental protocol. Now, I'm maintaining at 1 tbls. a day. It's anti-fungal, great for the liver and metabolism, and has other benefits as well (see links below). I also use it in my cooking and baking, and I give a teaspoon of it to my kids each day. It is definitely the tastiest anti-parasitical in my collection. I love the stuff.
I came across a protocol that calls for a 3-day coconut oil fast for parasites in my research - a Hawaiian technique, but I can't seem to find it now.
This is from Coconutconnection.com:
"Coconut oil may provide an effective defense against many troublesome parasites including giardia. Like bacteria and fungi, giardia can't stand up against MCFA found in coconut oil. Research has confirmed the effectiveness of MCFA in destroying giardia and possibly other protozoa.5,6,7 By using coconut oil and other coconut products every day, you may be able to destroy giardia before it can establish a toehold. In so doing you also eliminate the possibility of developing food allergies, chronic fatigue, and other related symptoms. If you're currently troubled with these conditions, coconut oil used liberally with meals may provide a source of relief. Because MCFA are quickly absorbed by the tissues and converted into energy it seems logical that those suffering from chronic fatigue would gain a great deal of benefit. Foods prepared with coconut oil, or even fresh coconut make a great energy booster.
Another possible use for coconut is for the removal of intestinal worms. In India it has been used to get rid of tapeworms. In one study it was reported that treatment with dried coconut, followed by magnesium sulfate (a laxative), caused ninety percent parasite expulsion after twelve hours. The authors of some pet books apparently have had success with coconut and recommend feeding animals ground coconut as a means to expel intestinal parasites. In India coconut oil is rubbed into the scalp as a treatment to remove head lice.
Tapeworms, lice, giardia, candida, bacteria, viruses, and germs of all sorts can be eliminated or at least held in check with coconut oil. For infections and intestinal complaints it seems like coconut oil is one of the best natural medicines you can use."
i loved taking coconut oil until i upped my dose to something like 1-2 TBSP, and it gave me incredibly headaches/nausea.. now even the smallest amount (1/2 tsp) makes me feel just as bad. was that some sort of die-off sumptom? (candida?) i cannot afford to get sick as i have to watch a youngin. i don't seem to have the same response to dried coconut, or at least not to that extreme. anyone had good results from using it with the ES?
do you know how much to take of each and how to time it?
Yeah, coconut oil is a pretty strong anti-fungal/anti-microbial. THe Lauric acid in it is but one of the ingredients in it that is such. To my knowledge, it is the only other food in nature besides mother's breast milk that contains it. You probably were experiencing some die off. It could be candida and you have it threatened, so it is reacting and dying too, which is obviously good. You'll have to adjust your dose, as glax says, because you control your cleanse. If you need to back off, back off until your die-off symptoms are manageable for you, then, and the key is, to build back up slowly. Some may say differently. I am no expert, but as someone who uses it a lot, that is my two cents. Oh, another cent-I recently did a parasite cleanse (blessed herbs-those herbs also served as anti-fungals) and afterward, I did not have NEAR the die off while taking coconut oil. Now, I'm doing about 1-3 tblsp. three times a day (its that much because I'm fighting an infection. Its really good stuff to be taking, I will likely take it the rest of my life, whether I need it for cleansing or not. Quite healthy
Thanks Tek! So, is that how everyone takes the coconut oil--eat it off the spoon, besides cooking with it.? I can't buy it at the local grocery store, maybe I could get them to order it in to have it available without having to have it shipped, or wait until I get out of town to a bigger place.
I love this information Jessesmom1987. I am going to give it a whirl. I find that if I take a teaspoon of the solid oil I can swallow it down like a pill with cold Welches Grape Juice. I was gagging before when trying to eat it, sorry for too much info. I am also going to do a young coconut fast. Do you think this has all the properties of the straight up oil but just less concentrated? Thanks.
