ok i bought the book and like what i could eat and made some changes.
but i was reading and they really dont have a clue what there talkin about. they say NO coconuts or oil. not just for o's but for ALL blood types. i know they are healthy because they are a whole fruit. if they were processed, then i can see why.
there were a couple other things that i cant think of right now. oh, then there recipies stink. there servings are way out of wack. there saying that 2-3 lbs of fish is like 3-4 servings or something. hope you dont eat vegtables with it because you will have some real problems eating that much at once.
does anyone know why coconut oil is bad? i have been avoiding it but i do like it. they way they speek in that book makes me think they really dont know what there talkin about. and kefir is bad for type O's so i hope none of you guys are eaing that poison.
