Aerobic or Anaerobic...
To get you BMI in range try aerobic exercise for your work out!!

The breath of life is what this earthly existence is all about... A beating heart is only possible when there is air in the lungs... Oxygen is the key to this body, which aided by the blood gives us life...
From these we become functioning beings; who can perform actions and learn to enrich our souls for Eternity!! This is the basics of life... All else is an addendum!!
Back to the health aspect; Aerobic means with oxygen... Oxygen burns fat!!
An aerobic exercise; BTW: Which most all should be is the key to good health!!
Normal heart beat is 125 per minute; depending on age and physical condition... One way to tell if you are still in the Aerobic exercise level, is to see if you can carry on a normal or near normal conversation without any problem... Once you are at this level you can begin to burn FAT with 20 to 30 mins of aerobic level exercise!! And you thought you had to sweat and wear yourself out; HUH!!
Do not normally mix aerobic and anaerobic exercise at the same time; it will defeat the whole purpose of burning fat!! Bet you did not know that fact...
Anaerobic means without oxygen... This exercise is good when getting away from a bear, or out running a mugger; but bad on burning FAT!! Anaerobic exercise is when you run all out or sprint, you can not talk very well if at all, HUH!! This is good for quick and limited activity... Like a man running a sprint or during sexua| intercourse, if he really gets into it!! That is why he generally wants to go to sleep right after sex; ladies... You wear him out... HUH!!
The bad news is that anaerobic only burns sugar... Not fat!! So when doing anaerobic exercise with heart rate over 150 beats per minute; a lot of effort but no fat burned!! So if you are looking for fat lose go with the regular aerobic exercise!!
I hike and bike, singing or chanting as I go... This is aerobic and I do not have a problem with excess weight... My BMI or body fat is about 21.7 not bad HUH!! BTW: 18 to 25 is normal Range... Well this is my advice to you who are looking to lose weight... Get your diet balanced and do aerobic exercise regularly... Can look at some of my pics under the Image section, blogs- kerminator & members...
