Astringent Body Wash/Rinse
will improve skin color.
slice 2 fresh lemons, 2 fresh oranges.
(or 4 fresh lemons)
simmer gently on low for 1/2 hour
in 2 litres of water.
cool and sieve out the fruit.
sponge mixture slowly and gently
over all your body .
use after hot bath or shower
massage into affected areas
(contains lymphatic drainers)
esp use around chest and upper arms
to removetoxins before they are stored
rosemary /improve circulation
4 Tablespoons sweet almond oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
2 drops fennel essential oil
2 drops juniper essential oil
put all ingredients in a screwtop bottle
shake hard/viorously to mix.
apply to affected areas massaging in deeply
our wonderful fellow curezonian , Grog, shared with me
that he uses castor oil on his feet.. to keep them soft.
i think that is a wonderful use!!
gals, use your imaginations
i think you could make a nice overnight lotion
for feet/ using castor oil in place of another
in one of the gel based (gycerine) boil/whip formulas.
and add a nice essential oil you personally like to it
(rememember just a few drops !!)
and rub into feet at night/ while relaxing
before bedtime 8)
extra thought.. add a nice sweetgrass oil
for the guy to use 8)
and his feet will smell sweet too !
also might add a umm thyme or sage oil to his.
(lol to keep down foot fungus stuff )
or tree tea oil, etc.
Eczema topical skin wash
one teaspoon comfrey root
one teaspoon white oak leaves or bark
one teaspoon slippery elm bark
two cups water
combine herbs & cover with water.
bring to a boil.
reduce heat to a low boil
continue low boil for 20-30 minutes.
cool then strain herbs.
use as a topical skin wash as needed.
