August 12, 2017 - Imagine this!
"When you feel weakness, or do not feel as strong as you wish, think deeply of the fact that you are filled through and through with a subconscious state of life and that this vast interior mental field has layers beneath layers of unused power and energy ready for use. To think of this limitless amount of energy with deep interest and with a feeling that you are coming into more and more perfect touch with it, will cause your mind to come in contact with, and to enter into those layers of extra energy and thereby arouse and gain possession of a larger measure of this power. Thus you will feel more and more of this power coming forth into mind and body and you will actually feel yourself gaining in strength and vitality every day."
Chronic Headaches, Migraine and Emotional Trauma
Join Niki Gratrix for her interview on the role of emotional trauma in causing chronic headaches and migraine in the upcoming free summit on July 10-17th!
Almost 50% of people with chronic fatigue also have tension headaches as a symptoms.
It is not surprising that both chronic headaches/migraine and fatigue have a common contributing factor: unresolved trauma from childhood.
Among 1,348 persons with migraine, a staggering 21% reported experiencing physical abuse as a child and 25% reported experiencing sexual abuse. The samples in both of these studies are representative of patients seen in headache clinics.
