WHO officially recognizes Mobile phones change the neurology of your brain

There are currently 5 billion mobile phone users worldwide and that figure is expected to continue rising steadily.

In April 2000, an independent “expert” group in UK has issued a report on Mobile phone effects on health based on “rigorous assessment” of research in this area and show no evidence of the impact of mobile phones to human health. The main conclusions on health effects in the Stewart Report can be summarised as follows:
•exposure to RF radiation below guidelines does not cause adverse health effects to the general population;
•there is some scientific evidence which suggests that there may be biological effects occurring at exposures below these guidelines;
•biological effects do not necessarily result in health effects;
•gaps in knowledge justify a precautionary approach to the use of mobile phone technologies until much more detailed and scientifically robust information on any health effects becomes available;
•there are possible indirect effects on wellbeing in some cases;
•drivers should be dissuaded from using either hand-held or hands-free phones whilst on the move.
However, a Who report showed;
A Denmark retrospective cohort study in of the incidence of cancer in all 420,095 users of cellular telephones during the period of 1982 to 1995. Overall, 3391 cancers were found, with 3825 expected,
At the University of Zurich in 2000, a study was carried out to see if mobile phone radiation disturbed sleep patterns. It was discovered that electromagnetic fields from mobile phone use in bed significantly increased brain activity during early, non-rapid-eye-movement sleep. 16 people were subjected to electromagnetic radiation similar to mobile phone use for 30 minutes before they went to sleep. Increased brain activity lasted up to 50 minutes. This effectively means that people will soon have to accept that mobile phone do have a biological effect.
A Swedish study considered around 1600 people with brain tumour had used mobile phones for more than 10 years. The RR was found to be highest for tumours in the temporal area of the brain. It was also found that mobile phones doubled the risk of developing brain cancer on the side of head where phone is held. It is also found that the risk increased more than three times for mobile users in case of tumours of the auditory verve.
A further study showed that Mobile phones may also cause damage to nerves around ears. It claimed to have evidence of altered nerve function in the skin of a mobile phone user, around the ear area.

And finally a Finnish study looked at the effects of mobile phone radiation on human cells rather than those of rat. In a two year study researchers found that exposing human cells to mobile phone radiation damaged the blood brain barrier, furthermore the study demonstrated that mobile phones can affect cells without heating them.

So if you are a “basher” (the street name for someone who uses mobile phones excessively) that’s the bad news, but this damming report should not stop us from enjoying this wonderful piece of technology that we have come to rely on, we only have to take a few simple precautions.

Obviously the first and most import step would be to limit the amount of time you spend keeping the phone stuck to your ear and I certainly would not recommend any of the wireless earphones that seem to be almost a permanent fixture to our ears nowadays.

You should consider buying an EMF protector which you stick on to the phone for around 30.00

When listening to the person on the other end of the line consider putting the phone on speaker so you can hear the person at arms reach, you can speak by talking into the phone as if it were a walkie talkie.
Finally, it is not a good idea to keep the phone in your shirt pocket so close to your heart, perhaps by your hips or in your trouser pocket might be the better option.
