Mothers' Day is the anniversary of the founding of "The Mothers of Invention"

But we here at the UTILITY MUFFIN RESEARCH KITCHEN recognize Mothers Day as May 10th every year - the anniversary of the day in 1964 that Frank Zappa named his band."
I remember that there was at least one (of the several of Frank's concerts) that I attended in Chicago on Mothers' day and it was a real Muther!!!
