Day 1 - 100% raw juice Diet

Today, I am starting a juicing diet for 30 days. I will call it my 30 day challenge.
I have read a lot about juicing fasts and have heard many good and bad things, so I am going to give it a go to see for myself.
My aim is to blend my own juices using a combination of fruit and vegetables. In addition to juice I will also drink a lot of water as well. After the 30 days my aim is to stick to a natural raw food diet.
Over the last 2 or so years I have gained quite a bit of weight and have been trying to shift it. I am currently about 208 pounds, the heaviest I have ever been, and would like to get back to my old self - the fit, healthy and slim person.
I would like to hear from others who have gone on a juicing diet and have had success. I would not mind hearing about other weight loss success stories. I am looking for inspiration and a little bit of motivation from other people out there. Even if there is someone who is thinking about getting healthy and losing weight, this little blog might be the way to start. I only want to hear nice, positive and inspiring stories please.
I will make an entry each day and let you know of my progress. I will not weight myself until the very end of my fast, as my aim is to purely focus on getting healthy and fit.
