Still not giving up on my goals but...
I've decided that the weightloss is what is important to me and not the duration of my fasts.

Further to my last post. The weighloss schedule I came up with is still my goal and I still think that it is possible to achieve it with extreme fasting and exercise.
Whether or not I can accomplish it is another story. I really really want to do it but I know there are a couple of days where I will have to eat due to functions I must attend. But i'll be content if I can fast for the remaining days. Since my goal is weightloss, I still believe I can lose a significant amount of weight. For the last couple of days I cut the carbs and lost a couple of pounds so that is encouraging.
I still need a crap load of weight to lose in a little over 3 weeks so lets see how I do.
