5 oz. Blueberries
5 oz. Rasberries
1/2 Inch Ginger
1 Garlic Clove
-This one was pretty good. The Garlic was definitely noticeable. But I didn't have any trouble taking this one in.
2 Green Peeled Apples
1/2 inch Ginger
3 Celery Stalks
Handful of parsley, basil, cilantro
1 Aloe Vera Leaf
1 oz. Wheat Grass
-This one was pretty gross. It was somehow a bit spicy. I didn't gag, but came close a few times.
-#1 at least once an hour
-#2 twice. The first was because of the enema (which I highly recommend during fasting). Both had very little solid. I'm not sure what's going on internally, but I really hope this fast improves digestion if anything is wrong.
Today's Physical Outlook:
-I felt completely normal. I had very little hunger pangs. All I did was sit around the house. But tomorrow i'm starting back at work, so we'll see how it goes.
Today's Mental Outlook:
-I'm beginning to wonder if I should exceed the 7 days. I'm strongly considering trying other detoxes after this one is over. Obviously, I wouldn't do anything this intense for at least another year. But because i'm certain that I can get a completely legitimate detox (i'm only 26) from this fast (especially considering the variety i'm digesting), i probably shouldn't go past the 7 days. This is especially a possibility considering my busy and active schedule.
-Overall, this isn't all that difficult. I smelled some pizza from one of my roomates and it definitely led to cravings. I seriously can't wait to make a freschetta. And then go to Moe's. And then Chick-fil-a. Yeah, I struggle with the food cravings.
