Had to go to a lunch meeting - so I got the only thing on the menu that was semi- liquid: 2 vegetarian soups: lentil soup and vegetable soup.

Consumed: about 2 Litres of various juices throughout the day (carrot, watermelon, pear, green cabbage, red cabbage). Plus had some clear veggie broth at night.
