Today, I am starting a juicing diet for 30 days. I will call it my 30 day challenge.
I have read a lot about juicing fasts and have heard many good and bad things, so I am going to give it a go to see for myself.
My aim is to blend my own juices using a combination of fruit and vegetables. In addition to juice I will also drink a lot of water as well. After the 30 days my aim is to stick to a natural raw food diet.
