it’s been a few days, just dropped in to update on my weight loss. i’ve been doing good with the not eating thing, but i haven’t been doing my exercises lately. i’ve just been so tired. any ways here my weight:

yesterday my head hurt so bad. the pounding about killed me. i did it though fast on water and worked a 12 1/2 hour day. to day i’ll probably work about 14 hours. i need motivation so i stay focused on my weight loss and being about to fit into my old jeans. i have alittle stomach pain but i’ll over come that...no problema! i made it 2 whole days and im on the right track so wish me luck!

things are looking good
second day on the fast and things are moving along well. the weight is starting to come off. my body’s already going through the detox stage or at least thats how it looks. not to be so blunt but i can’t stay off the toilet. when i do go everything just poors right out of my body. there was a few times i almost didn’t make it. its worth it though i’ve already lost 2lbs so by the end of the week i could be almost 10 or 15 pounds lighter. i work in a warehouse so im on the move all day and its very hot so i sweat alot. plus its over 100 degrees out side which makes it even more hot a ... read more

here i go again
well today i start my water and green tea fast. i need some kind of motivation to keep going. i need goals, activities, inspiration. i had about 8oz of green tea this morning, and about 8oz of water with metamucil. for the rest of the day i will drink nothing but water. if i believe in myself i know i can do this. i want to do this for my health and for weight loss.

i’m starting over on my fast because i couldn’t resist having a slice of pizza this weekend. i was able to fast for the four days that i work but seeing that i have three day weekends its kind of hard to resist because im always home and im board so i eat. i need to get out more go for walks or something to keep my mind off food. i gain about 7lbs back this weekend. i may have lost some because i did do some cleaning around the house and sweat alot. i also mowed the lawn in my sauna suit and the sweat was pooring off. well i go back to work tomorrow the fast begins. this time my goa ... read more

the weights coming off
i was too busy yesterday to log on because i had to work overtime. i’ve been drinking plenty of water. throughout the day i feel tired then all of a sudden it’s like i have all the energy in the world. and the pound are dropping. this morning i weighed in at 183.8 thats pretty good i guess. at the rate i’m going i might get into my old clothes sooner than expected. yesterday i was able to get up and work out on my treadmill for 42minutes. sweat was just pouring off me it looked like i just got out of the shower. day 3 and things are getting alittle better. my body hasn’t gone thro ... read more

off to a bad start
I GOT UP LATE THIS MORNING. I DID PLAN ON GETTING ON MY TREADMILL. I ALSO WANTED TO MAKE A COUPLE BOTTLES OF THE LEMONADE TO BRING TO WORK BUT I DIDN’T HAVE TIME. THINGS ARE NOT WORKING OUT TODAY. I DIDN’T BRING ANY MONEY WITH ME TO WORK BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO RISK BREAKING MY FAST BY GETTING SOMETHING FROM THE VENDING MACHINE. SO I’LL DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
GOAL: DRINK AT LEAST 6 20oz BOTTLES OF WATER. JUMP ON TREADMILL FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. WEIGH IN AGAIN. MAKE LEMONADE. visit the page

day before fast.
i’m gonna try fasting for at least 10 days to begin with. if i can do it longer i will. i had a pack of crackers this morning. i weighed myself i weighed 191 point something. i want to get down to 125lbs as soon as i can. i hate the way i look and feel. i drink water all the time so it shouldn’t be too hard. plus i can always switch to juicing. here i go. 7-30-2007 visit the page
